Course Description:

Learn why corporate governance, risk assessment & management, and legal compliance should be considered as integral parts of an organisation's overall management responsibility.

This intensive course is a solid introduction to the principles of company officer responsibilities and plots a course through the corporate regulatory compliance maze in a manner that can be followed by managers who are not legally trained.

• Compliance and diligence responsibilities including the implementation of a compliance program and the relevant compliance standards
