Course Description:

In recent years, international debates in the areas of Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Health Care have addressed the issue of the access to pharmaceutical products and the interfaces between IP rights, government control measures and such ;

The objective of this course is to outline the different aspects and considerations relevant to this scenario, and to investigate the interactive relationship between, and the possible impact of, the different initiatives on international and national level in these areas.
