Course Description:

This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of Business Management, on the basis of the value-chain ; Participants will be acquainted with the theoretical and practical knowledge of basic managerial principles and functions which improve business management competency. The knowledge and skills acquired through the course provides a veritable foundation for more effective and efficient workplace performance and enhanced organisational ; The course is presented in a 5-day contact session.
