ACCA is a professional qualification awarded by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) – UK. ACCA has made strategic partnership with Accountants and Auditors Association (AAA) which means you’ll qualify as a UAE chartered accountant.

Eligibility Criteria 
For ACCA:
Two (2) A Levels and three (3) GCSEs or equivalent in five separate subjects, including English and ;
Foundations in Accountancy (FIA)
No formal qualifications required.

The ACCA exams are divided into two levels; Fundamentals and Professional. The Fundamentals level is further divided into two modules Knowledge and Skills. The Knowledge module focuses on main areas of financial and management accounting.

 How to become ACCA? 
In order to claim the ACCA title, candidate must finish 14 exams along with ethics module and a relevant experience of 36 months.
Exemptions
If you already have some qualifications, you may not have to take all of the exams in the ACCA Qualification. These are called exemptions and mean that you will start your studies at the right level for your knowledge and skill.
You should apply for exemptions when you first register as a student with ACCA –ACCA body will confirm any exemptions that may be available to you.
ACCA Examination
The ACCA exams are divided into two levels; Fundamentals and Professional.
The Fundamentals level is divided into two modules Knowledge and Skills.
The Knowledge module introduces you to the main areas of financial and management accounting.
You will study the other technical accountancy areas after you study this. There are six subjects in the Skills module which cover the main technical areas that accountants are expected to know.
Exam Location
UAE student can appear in Dubai & Abu Dhabi Examination Centers.
What about Exams?
Many of ACCA exam are computer based. There are two types of computer-based exams (CBE):
On-demand CBEs – you can sit these exams at any time of the year.
Session CBEs – you can sit these exams in one of our four exam sessions each year.
OXFORD BROOKES BSC DEGREE 
Entry requirements You simply need to be a registered ACCA Student and have opted-in to the BSc Degree Scheme.
Number of examsSuccessfully complete all nine Fundamentals level papers, including passing F7, F8 and F9
How long does it take?The degree must be completed within 10 years of your initial registration onto ACCA’s professional qualification
What else is involved?Complete and pass the Oxford Brookes University Research and Analysis Project and the ACCA Professional Ethics Module
