How does Transitions Work?

Transitions uses a blend of different e-learning interventions during the online course. This includes:

eLearning sessions

The online course modules are made up of pre-designed interactive e-Learning sessions which utilise a range of learning tools including profiling questionnaires, videos and much more.

ePortfolio and Career Development Plan

The entire online course revolves around helping participants to develop a personal career development plan.

Additional Options

Live Virtual Classroom Sessions

There will be four “live” virtual classroom or webinar sessions delivered during the online course which will be delivered by a Harvest people development specialist.

eCoaching and Mentoring

On the online course participants will have access to e-Coaching and Mentoring services. These will allow participants to receive personalised one to one support and career guidance on their career plan on various Job seeking requirements.
