Anyone who is involved, or will be involved, in creating a feasibility study or a full-blown business plan. This course assumes the student has little or no knowledge of creating a feasibility study, marketing plan, or business plan before, or who needs detailed instructions for how to create a feasibility study.
The programme will benefit anyone who is, or will be, taking responsibility for driving the business forward, or who wishes to start their own high performance start up or those who need to present business case analyses for investments within their own organisations.
