Growing up, I hatedmath. I wasn't "good at it'' and I always took the bare minimum classes required. 

Then I became a teacher and this is how I started figuring out my problem! I had to teach math to my kindergarten students, but how? This is the moment when I discovered I had been taught the wrong way and this, this is what influenced my whole life, as many researchers say. I was never taught how math concepts relates to each other and with everyday life, not talking about making math look fun.
