At Las Lilas Kids we believe in an early learning of Spanish as a foreign language always from a communicative and global approach where we incorporate other disciplines such as music, art, drama, etc. Our objective is to convert the classroom into an environment where students have to use Spanish to satisfy certain communicative needs.

Kids between 4 and 6 years old

Children begin to show interest in lecto-writing and in the most basic mathematical calculations and at this stage we carry out a first approach to reading and writing in Spanish.

In our sessions we include habits and routines, songs, storytelling where the kids interact, mathematical competences, plastic arts, cards designed or selected based mainly on the needs of the children but keeping the linguistic perspective. We believe it is important to assimilate the language as a reality and thus we try to encourage children to develop their personal autonomy within the classroom in an effective manner. Developing their ability to express themselves with confidence, facing situations in a creative way in a foreign language will help them to assimilate it and relate it with a closer reality.
