Course Description
 
Our international LCCI Level 3 Certificate in Principles and Practice of Management is designed to help learners develop their knowledge and understanding of the role of management within an overall business environment and their abilities to relate and apply this knowledge. It's suitable for those working or intending to work in management.
 
Course Objectives
The aims of this syllabus are to enable candidates to develop:

• Knowledge and understanding of the principles, purposes, processes and practices of management.
• the ability to relate and apply this knowledge
• an understanding of the practice of management within roles and organizations
