This course builds on your practical experience of Agile in the workplace to equip you with the broad range of knowledge and skills required for the PMI® Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) exam. In addition, this course will also support you in taking a more informed and effective role in Agile projects and enable you to take a significant role in encouraging and enabling the organization to become or develop as an Agile environment.
You’ll learn how to:
• Appreciate the wider aspects of Agile project management tools and techniques
• Integrate various disciplines within Agile
• Tailor / customize Agile to suit the needs of different projects
• Prepare yourself for the PMI® Agile Certified Practitioner examination

Anyone currently working on Agile-based projects and with wider project experience who wants to become PMI-ACP® certified. Anyone with a working knowledge of Agile, from senior management to product developers, will benefit from this course, such as:

General Project Experience: A minimum of 2,000 hours of general project experience working on project teams within the past five years.If you already hold a Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Program Management Professional (PgMP®) certification, this requirement is automatically fulfilled.Agile Project Experience: A minimum of 1,500 hours of experience working on Agile project teams or using Agile methodologies within the past three years (on top of the general project experience requirement).Training in Agile Practices: At least 21 hours of formal training in Agile practices, which this course provides, covering core concepts, tools, and techniques that will prepare you for the PMI-ACP® exam.
