In order for a project to be managed successfully, you need to know how processes will drive the project through its lifecycle to meet the project sponsor's specifications and expectations. This training will develop your understanding of the different types of processes used. You will learn about project management processes and where they fit within the different process groups; and about the activities that occur within each process. Study how these processes complement each other to produce project deliverables, and how to effectively apply them.
