    Experience: 0–2 years; internships or college projects in process improvement are helpful
    Certifications: Optional but beneficial

    Basic Lean Training

    Mid-Level Roles
    Example Roles: Six Sigma Green Belt, Quality Engineer, Process Improvement Specialist
    Eligibility:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, etc.)
    Experience: 2–5 years in quality, operations, or process roles
    Certifications:
    Six Sigma Green Belt (required or preferred)
    Lean Practitioner / Lean Foundations
    Knowledge of tools like Minitab, Excel, or other statistical software
