    Eligibility Criteria:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering, business, or related fields).

    Experience:

    Green Belt: 1–3 years in relevant roles (quality, operations, etc.).
    Black Belt: 3–5 years + Green Belt certification.
    Role: Involved in or leading process improvement initiatives.

    Skills: Basic statistical knowledge; familiarity with tools like Excel or MINITAB is a plus.

    Commitment: Willingness to learn and drive continuous improvement.

    Certification Path: Completion of prior belt level and project work (for Green/Black Belt).
