This CIPD Level 7 in Strategic Learning & Development will provide you with advanced skills and knowledge to succeed in senior HR roles, from business research and talent management to sustain success.
You must complete seven core modules and one option module to be awarded with a qualification that is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), an awarded Chartered status for HR and L&D professionals.

- Unit 1: Work and Working Lives in a Changing Business Environment - Investigate current and future mindsets within organisations around technological developments; social and economic trends

- Unit 5: Resourcing and Talent Management to Sustain Success - Evaluate attraction and retention while comparing ways organisations build and maintain positive reputations in labour market
- Unit 6: Strategic Reward Management - Examine key factors that influence the design of effective reward policy, including principles of transparency and equality
- Unit 7: Strategic Employment Relations Elective - Analyse the role of determining pay, review the pros and cons of arbitration, conciliation and mediation
