This course is a part of Diploma in Airport Management / Operations ; The course is updated in August 2023.About the Course: Airport Operations is a complex task of coordination & collaboration amongst various stakeholders including governmental agencies, private players, airlines and many ; For smooth functioning of flight operations, meteorology, ATC, security, Immigration are stakeholders apart from Airlines and Airport ; This course aims at providing insight of this complex operation, conducted by Airport Operator along with other ; The course also provides insight of ownership, privatization & commercialization of the airport to make the operation sustainable. It is a detailed course on various management aspect of operations including managing master planning, emergencies & environment.

Understand how airports work as an Operational System with many components
Know about landside as well as airside operations
Know about Terminal Operations & Passenger Processing
Understand Apron Management & Turn-around process
