The New Year New Body Challenge is a course for beginners and for those that have failed in the past with New Year's fitness, health, or weight loss goals. The course goes over 10 habits implemented over a 20 day period to help people move toward their goals.

- Expertise from a personal trainer with over 10 years experience and helped countless people lose weight and get more healthy

- 52 tips and tricks on how to be healthier and lose weight

- 10 problems that many people make when starting a new program

This is a short course with about 30 minutes of material however the goal is to do one habit every other day. The videos are in lecture format for you to follow along.
