Learn how to model business processes using Business Analysis and UML Activity Diagrams.

This course will teach you how to review a process and document it using industry standard UML diagrams. It will also show you how to analyse that model for flaws and identify areas for improvement. After that it will show you how to implement those improvements in a controlled way.
