Within the framework of the MBA and its specialised modules in Project Management, you will acquire sound knowledge of the basic instruments and methods of project planning and implement them in a practice-oriented manner.
This includes, for example, the analysis and evaluation of existing project planning of organisations, as well as the development of strategic suggestions for improvement. In addition to the practical implementation of project management concepts, you will also learn about planning strategies that are crucial for the success of projects. These include topics such as the project life cycle, financial planning and risk analysis. These skills are essential to successfully manage complex projects while ensuring efficiency and control.
You will be trained in intercultural management to best prepare you for the challenges that can arise when managing projects in a global environment.
