Program Structure:
The MBA in Healthcare Management program is structured in two parts, designed to offer comprehensive academic and hands-on experience.
Part 1: Extended Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (SCQF Level 11)
Upon completing six core modules, students receive the Extended Diploma in Healthcare Management awarded by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), UK, contributing 120 credits towards the MBA.

- Sustainability and Business
- International Marketing Management
- Strategic Management
- Healthcare Management and Leadership
- Healthcare Operations Management
Part 2: MBA with Healthcare Management (Top-Up)
Completing the second phase qualifies students for the MBA with Healthcare Management degree, awarded by Abertay University, Scotland. This part contributes 60 credits, fulfilling the 180-credit program requirement.

- Research Methods
- Research Proposal
- Management Investigation (Capstone Project)
