Microsoft Access queries and reports let you slice and dice your data and present it in detail or summary form regardless of how the data is. It also offers a great deal of power and flexibility to analyze and present results. This course empowers you with the techniques used in analyzing Access data sets.

At the end of the course, participants would learn/use/acquire the following techniques/knowledge:

• The Query Design Window
• Creating a query from the query window
• Adding fields to a query, Display/Suppress the display of a field
• Specifying sub string searches using wild Card Characters
• Working with Conditions - BETWEEN, AND, OR, NOT, NULL
• Creating Reports using Wizard and Design Window
• Working with Report Layout View and use Design view to create simple reports
• Including Subtotals, Headers and Footers
