Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professionals are valuable assets to any team (according to a Glass Door salary survey, the national average salary in the United States for Green Belts is $100k annually). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training provides participants with a deeper understanding of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and provides the necessary tools for completion of your Green Belt certification. This course uses a combination of hands on activities, presentations, and lectures similar to the ones utilized in our on-site trainings, to foster a more in depth understanding of the concepts and tools. 

More importantly, this class is geared towards those who want to apply Lean and/or Six Sigma in any industry/ job function.

You will gain the necessary skills to lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects, work on teams led by Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and help your organization effectively implement Lean Six Sigma. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be qualified to serve as a Green Belt on a project within your organization and qualify for Green Belt certification.

At the end of this course, students have the option of completing a Green Belt Project with instructor feedback, which makes a great portfolio piece for employers. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to apply the concepts presented and receive feedback.
