    Work Experience:

    Typically 2–5 years in a role related to process improvement, quality, operations, or project management.

    Project Experience:
    Must have led or participated in at least one or two Six Sigma projects (for some certifying bodies).

    Projects should demonstrate measurable process improvement.

    Green Belt Certification:
    Preferred, but not always required.
    Some certifying bodies allow direct entry into Black Belt.
