• In the section "Buy Right, Use Better. IT procurement essentials" you will identify IT lifecycles and place procurement projects in this context. You will also see how to apply management concepts into acquisitions, recognizing process phases and activities.
• The section "Procurement Design" gets you to the planning tools needed to support IT procurement projects through the use of known methods and practices, including risk management aspects to deal with threats and opportunities.
• The "Course Wrap Up" section resume student´s achievements, have a little Practice Test, and set future perspectives including expectations for further course content
