About the course!

The course is designed to provide a framework to help you plan and facilitate a successful Cultural Diversity type training event.

The course is divided into three parts

In Part/Section One - we will go over a general  Overview of Cultural Diversity

• The United nations universal declaration on cultural diversity
• Followed by The two dimensions of cultural diversity
• Cultural diversity myths
• And the Benefits and challenges of cultural diversity

In Part/Section Two -  I will present how to  plan  and collect all the requirements needed to facilitate the training event such as:

• Appropriate Title
• Objective of the course
• Target audience
• Schedule
• Cultural Diversity Keywords
• Schedule of activities

In Part/Section Three -  We will focus on how to facilitate a cultural diversity training event

We will delve into: 

1. Collecting everything you need to prepare for the training such as: types of activities, type of evaluation, the learning outcomes, checklist etc.
2. How to facilitate the training event including:
   1. sitting arrangement
   2. Activities
   3. Group work
   4. Self-reflection
   5. Course evaluation
