This Events Planning and Management Course has been designed to provide perfect entry level introduction to this extraordinary and highly lucrative industry. Over the course of three comprehensive units you study what exactly is that an event planner does, along with how they serve as key players at the centre of the whole operation.The course starts with an over view of the contemporary event planning industry and moves onto explain how it has changed over the recent years. The course also discusses the fundamentals of event planning process and the key stages involved in the process of planning and managing events – planning, implementation, controlling and closure.
