Aim of the course is to provide participants the detailed and practical understanding of ERM principles, strategies, practices and tools, and at the same time equip them with sophisticated leadership, managerial and organisational ;The course consists of 3-day Risk CHAMPIONS Master Class and 5-day Risk PROFESSIONALS Master Class. The former master class focusing on designing & leading ERM projects, and the latter on setting & managing the ERM function. This will ensure that the organisational and cultural changes necessary to realise the full value of ERM for their organisations are effectively implemented.
